Janine has been teaching Hatha yoga classes for almost 20 years.
Specializing in movement and breath, she has been offering group classes and private consultations. Janine has employed her expertise both in corporate, studio and gym settings, teacher training courses, and syllabus design.
Her interest in the body has led her to study the Franklin Method, cranial sacral, Reiki, Japanese Zen movements, breathing techniques from many traditions, many yoga asana styles (Ashanga Vinyasa, Viniyyoga, Anusara Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga as therapy) and meditation..
Her interest in LuJong and its affect on the subtle body is in line with her current interests in Rasayana (the study of longevity). Janine is not an herbalist but dabbles in it on herself but her interest is on how all types of yoga and movement, including Lu Jong can be practiced as a form of Rasayana.
